Following the merger into the Bamboo Capital Group and with favorable business operations and a strategic expansion plan, AAA Insurance has decided to relocate its headquarters to a new, strategically located address in the city center, offering a prestigious workspace with a modern design.
Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of the AAA Insurance Joint Stock Company's leadership team stated: "The year 2022 is determined to be a pivotal year for AAA Insurance to make impressive breakthroughs and outstanding growth. One of AAA Insurance's key objectives this year is to expand its business system, establish a nationwide network, and continually enhance service quality to a 5-star standard, providing customers with premium experiences and convenience."
During the inauguration of their new office, AAA Insurance also officially introduced and launched their new website and e-commerce system. This platform enables the efficient optimization of customer benefits and experiences, in collaboration with the digital transformation consultancy and deployment partner, OMN1 Solution.
These activities are part of AAA Insurance's digital transformation process aimed at becoming the first non-life insurance company in Vietnam to focus on modern digital technology. The system was developed to allow customers to register and log in to their accounts for insurance purchases, renewals, and claims processing.
