AIG Expands Its Salesforce Ecosystem: ACP Launches Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Implementation with OMN1 Solution

Asia Coconut Processing (ACP), a member company of Asia Ingredients Group (AIG), has officially launched its Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud implementation project in partnership with OMN1 Solution and Salesforce Vietnam. The project marks the next step in AIG’s digital transformation journey, following nearly a year of building its Salesforce foundation across the Group.

Following the successful Salesforce project at ACC, AIG is now expanding the platform to ACP, with the goal of standardizing commercial operations, strengthening customer and sales management, and connecting data across business and operational processes.

The Project Kick-off Ceremony took place on the morning of August 3, 2026, with the participation of the leadership teams of AIG, ACP, and OMN1 Solution, together with representatives from Salesforce.

Continuing AIG’s Digital Transformation Journey

ACP is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of coconut-based products, serving markets across Europe, North America, and Asia. Its diverse product portfolio includes Vico Fresh coconut water, Vico Rich coconut milk, desiccated coconut, coconut milk powder, and coconut oil.

Operating across international markets and managing a diverse manufacturing portfolio requires strong capabilities in customer management, sales planning, forecasting, and coordination between commercial and operational functions.

In this context, building a connected management platform has become increasingly important for ACP to improve operational efficiency and support continued international growth.

The Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud implementation project at ACP represents the next step in AIG’s broader strategy to establish a connected digital ecosystem across the Group, building on the experience and foundation developed through previous Salesforce implementations.

Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud – A Digital Foundation for ACP’s Commercial Operations

Unlike a traditional CRM implementation focused primarily on customer information management, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud is designed to address the specific requirements of manufacturing businesses by connecting customer management, sales operations, and key commercial planning processes.

For ACP, the platform is positioned as a centralized hub for commercial data, helping the company standardize processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen the quality of data used for business planning and forecasting.

The project focuses on three key pillars.

1. Comprehensive Customer and Sales Management

One of the project’s key priorities is to standardize and integrate commercial processes on a unified platform.

Through Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, ACP aims to centralize customer information, transaction data, and sales activities, giving sales teams a more consistent view of each customer and the overall commercial landscape.

Standardized data will also enable sales teams to manage their activities more systematically, reduce fragmented information, and minimize reliance on manual processes.

For a manufacturing and export business, the ability to plan and forecast revenue accurately is particularly important for resource planning and commercial decision-making. Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud will help ACP improve the quality of data supporting sales planning and revenue forecasting, providing a stronger foundation for business decisions.

2. Enhancing Customer Experience and Automating Operations

In B2B business, the customer relationship does not end when a transaction is completed. The ability to maintain engagement, respond to customer needs, and provide consistent after-sales service plays an important role in building long-term partnerships.

For this reason, the ACP project goes beyond sales management to focus on enhancing customer experience and optimizing related operational processes.

By bringing key processes onto a digital platform, sales teams can access more complete information, proactively monitor customer-related activities, and collaborate more effectively with internal departments.

This approach enables ACP to build a more proactive, agile, and efficient operating model while delivering a more consistent customer experience across touchpoints.

3. System Integration and Stronger Management Capabilities

A Salesforce platform can create long-term value when it is connected with the broader technology ecosystem of the business.

For ACP, system integration is therefore a key component of the project, enabling data to flow across commercial activities and relevant operational processes.

With data connected and standardized, ACP can gradually establish centralized reporting capabilities, giving management teams faster and more consistent access to business information.

For the leadership team, this creates an important foundation for moving from manual data consolidation toward data-driven management, supporting more accurate and timely strategic decision-making.

From a Salesforce Project to a Connected Digital Ecosystem Across AIG

A defining characteristic of the Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud project at ACP is that it is not being implemented as an isolated system.

Instead, it forms part of AIG’s long-term roadmap to establish a connected Salesforce ecosystem across its member companies.

Following the Salesforce implementation at ACC, extending the platform to ACP allows AIG to progressively standardize data management and digital operations across its business units. With a consistent technology direction, the Group can strengthen data connectivity, share implementation experience, and expand its digital capabilities over time.

This is also an important step toward building a scalable management model in which technology can support not only current operational requirements but also the Group’s future growth ambitions.

Building the Foundation for AI and Advanced Analytics

Another long-term objective of the project is to establish the foundation for AIG and ACP to further develop advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities in future phases.

As customer, sales, and operational data become standardized and centralized, the organization will be better positioned to extract greater value from its data.

With a unified data foundation, advanced analytics can help the business identify trends, evaluate performance, and improve forecasting accuracy. Looking further ahead, AI can become an integral part of how sales and management teams access insights and make faster, data-driven decisions.

In this sense, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud is not only designed to address ACP’s current digitalization needs but also serves as a foundation for the Group’s future data and AI capabilities.

OMN1 Solution Partners with ACP on Its Digital Transformation Journey

Guided by the principles “Talk Less, Do More, Stay Practical” and “Decide Fast, Execute Fast, Finish Early,” OMN1 Solution and Salesforce Vietnam are partnering with ACP to build and implement its Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud platform.

The project is not simply about introducing new technology into the business. Its focus is on building a platform that reflects ACP’s actual operating environment, supports current business requirements, and provides the scalability needed for future growth.

The Project Kick-off Ceremony on August 3, 2026 marked the beginning of the next phase of AIG’s digital transformation journey. Building on the Salesforce foundation established across its member companies, AIG is progressively moving toward a connected digital ecosystem that can integrate data, standardize operations, and create the foundation for more advanced technologies.

OMN1 Solution is committed to continuing its partnership with ACP and AIG to build a connected, flexible, and scalable digital foundation, supporting greater operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
