Dong Tien Launches Salesforce CRM Implementation Project with OMN1 Solution: Accelerating Digital Transformation Across Sales, Service and Procurement
Dong Tien Paper and Packaging Co., Ltd., one of Vietnam’s pioneering paper recycling companies, has officially launched its Salesforce CRM implementation project in partnership with OMN1 Solution. The project marks an important milestone in Dong Tien’s digital transformation strategy, with a focus on digitizing Sales, Customer Service and Procurement processes, connecting data across business functions, and strengthening operational management capabilities.
The Project Kick-off Ceremony took place on July 3, 2026, with the participation of Mr. Hoang Trung Son, General Director of Dong Tien, together with Dong Tien’s leadership team and the OMN1 Solution team.
More Than 30 Years of Growth in Vietnam’s Paper Recycling Industry
Established in 1994, Dong Tien Paper and Packaging Co., Ltd. is one of the pioneering companies in Vietnam’s paper recycling industry. Over more than three decades of development, Dong Tien has continuously expanded its production capabilities, reaching a capacity of nearly 100,000 tons per year while investing in advanced technologies from leading global manufacturers such as Andritz (Austria), Voith (Germany), and Kadant (France).
Dong Tien is also the first recycling partner of Tetra Pak in Vietnam for beverage carton recycling, reflecting the company’s long-term commitment to sustainable production and the circular economy.
Guided by its philosophy, “Dong Tien prospers together with Customers,” the company continues to pursue new ways to improve customer service, optimize operations, and create sustainable value for its customers and partners.
As the business has continued to grow, the need for a more connected and centralized approach to data and operational management has become increasingly important. This has created the foundation for Dong Tien’s next step in digital transformation with Salesforce CRM.
Salesforce CRM as the Foundation for a New Era of Operational Management
As business activities and supply chain operations become increasingly complex, customer information, sales activities, after-sales service, and supplier data need to be managed in a more consistent and connected manner.
The Salesforce CRM implementation project at Dong Tien is therefore designed not simply as the deployment of a new CRM system, but as a broader initiative to standardize and digitize key business processes.
With Salesforce serving as a centralized platform, Dong Tien aims to establish a connected digital environment where data from Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supplier Management can be managed more systematically.
This approach will enable stronger collaboration across functions, greater data transparency, and a gradual shift toward more data-driven management and decision-making.
Three Core Pillars of the Salesforce CRM Implementation
1. Digitizing Sales and Customer Service Processes
One of the key priorities of the project is to establish a connected platform for managing the customer journey, from sales activities through post-sales service.
Salesforce will serve as a centralized platform connecting Sales, DMS and Service, enabling sales teams and relevant departments to access customer information through a unified system.
Instead of having customer data distributed across different teams and processes, information such as customer profiles, interaction history, sales activities, and service records can be managed centrally. This provides the foundation for Dong Tien to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, reduce reliance on manual data consolidation, and gradually build a real-time 360° view of customers.
Digitizing these processes will also provide managers with greater visibility into sales performance, enabling them to monitor business activities and make more informed decisions regarding customer relationships.
2. Optimizing Procurement and Supplier Management
In addition to Sales and Customer Service, the Salesforce CRM project at Dong Tien also addresses Procurement and Supplier Management.
Key processes related to purchasing, payment tracking, and supplier receivables and payables are being digitized to improve transparency and control across procurement operations.
Centralizing supplier and transaction data on a unified platform enables Dong Tien to systematically monitor supplier information and transaction status, while supporting better coordination among relevant teams throughout the purchasing and payment processes.
For a large-scale manufacturing business, stronger control over input-related data is essential not only for operational efficiency but also for improving cost management and supply chain visibility.
3. Connecting Data and Strengthening Management Capabilities
A key objective of the project is to integrate Salesforce with Dong Tien’s existing internal systems.
Rather than treating CRM as an isolated platform, the project is designed around a connected data approach, allowing information from different business processes to be synchronized and utilized more effectively.
At the same time, a centralized reporting system will provide management teams with a more consistent view of business and operational performance.
With standardized and centralized data, Dong Tien can reduce the time spent manually consolidating information while gaining access to more accurate and timely insights to monitor operations, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.
From Process Digitization to a Long-Term Growth Platform
The value of Dong Tien’s Salesforce CRM project goes beyond introducing a new technology platform. At its core, the project aims to build a digital foundation that can evolve alongside the company’s growth.
As the business continues to expand, its management platform needs to adapt to changes in processes, organizational structures, and data requirements. Salesforce is therefore positioned as a scalable platform that can continue to expand and integrate with Dong Tien’s evolving business needs.
Through this project, Dong Tien aims to drive three fundamental changes: digitized processes, connected data, and stronger management capabilities.
Together, these capabilities will help the company build a more agile operating model, improve collaboration across departments, and establish a unified data foundation for business decision-making.
OMN1 Solution Partners with Dong Tien on Its Digital Transformation Journey
As the implementation partner, OMN1 Solution works alongside Dong Tien throughout the process of analyzing business requirements, designing the solution, and implementing a Salesforce platform aligned with the company’s operational needs.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, the project is designed around Dong Tien’s actual business processes, creating a platform that addresses current operational requirements while providing room for future expansion.
The Project Kick-off Ceremony on July 3, 2026 marked the beginning of the partnership between Dong Tien and OMN1 Solution, as well as the first step toward transforming fragmented data management into a connected operating model built on a unified digital platform.
Looking ahead, OMN1 Solution is committed to continuing its partnership with Dong Tien to build a connected, flexible, and scalable digital foundation, supporting operational efficiency and the company’s long-term sustainable growth.
