Ngày 05/10/2023, Công ty Hóa dầu Long Sơn (LSP) – Chủ đầu tư dự án Tổ hợp hóa dầu Miền Nam Việt Nam – là công ty thành viên của tập đoàn SCG đã tổ chức buổi khởi động dự án “Salesforce CRM for Long Son Petrochemicals” cùng OMN1 Solution và Salesforce. Tham dự buổi lễ khởi động dự án, lãnh đạo và ban quản lý dự án các bên đã cùng trao đổi và chỉ đạo hướng đến thành công của dự án.

On October 5, 2023, Long Son Petrochemicals (LSP), a subsidiary of the SCG Group and the investor of the Southern Vietnam Petroleum Petrochemical Complex, hosted the kickoff event for the "Salesforce CRM for Long Son Petrochemicals" project in collaboration with OMN1 Solution and Salesforce. The event was attended by leaders and project managers from all parties, who engaged in discussions and provided guidance toward the project's success, marking a significant milestone in LSP's journey.

LSP selected Salesforce, one of the world's leading CRM platforms, as a strategic partner to build a robust and effective CRM system. Salesforce offers powerful tools for professional customer management and supports data integration and analysis to help LSP gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and behaviors. After implementation, the CRM system will enable LSP to:
