SOFTWARE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions:

  • Work with all Sales, Customer Services & Marketing technology;
  • Focus on selling OMN1 core services to potential and existing customers; Convert customer problems into sales opportunities;
  • Establish new business development opportunities through networking, trade shows, industry events, activities, training programs and conferences…;
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas;
  • Manage sales process through lead generation to closure;
  • Work with the Pre-sales team to demonstrate solutions and scale them to meet client needs, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients;
  • Update knowledge of the market and competitors;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of quota carrying, technology-based sales experience;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English;
  • Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner;
  • Track record of meeting / exceeding sales quota;
  • Direct and new business sales experience;
  • Hard working and self-accountable;
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skill;
  • Ability to work under pressure, adaptability to change.
