Agentforce Officially Launches on Salesforce Help Portal

Agentforce has officially gone live on the Salesforce Help Portal, with Marc Benioff declaring that “the future of customer service” has officially begun.

On LinkedIn, the Salesforce CEO welcomed the community of Salesforce enthusiasts to “our new Agentic era” and announced that the company’s flagship AI product is now officially available at help.salesforce.com.

"How Can Agentforce Help You?"

Visitors to the help portal—which handles 60 million sessions and over 2 million support cases each year—are greeted with a welcome page asking: “How can Agentforce help you?”

Users can type their questions into a text box and interact directly with an Agentforce agent.

In his LinkedIn post, CEO Marc Benioff wrote:
“At Salesforce, we pride ourselves on being Customer Zero for every product we build. So I’m excited to share that #Agentforce is now live on help.salesforce.com.”

He added:
“When you use help.salesforce.com—especially as an authenticated user—you’ll experience exceptional levels of accuracy and responsiveness. Log in to receive personalized insights tailored to you, powered by your own customer data. Try it out today and witness firsthand the future of customer support and service. Welcome to our new Agentic era!”

The Salesforce founder, who launched the company back in 1999, also included a promotional image—seemingly AI-generated—to accompany the post.

Some social media users humorously pointed out AI “hallucinations” in the image, including the ironically misspelled phrase “Perfecly spelled” [SIC] above the word “Agentforce.”

Nevertheless, the post received widespread praise, with many LinkedIn users congratulating Marc and the Salesforce team for launching such an “awesome” product.

Final Thoughts

By deploying Agentforce on its own help platform, Salesforce demonstrates real confidence in its product—or as the tech world likes to say, it’s “eating its own dog food.”

However, the timing of the announcement is worth noting. Despite receiving much positive feedback on LinkedIn, the news may be overshadowed by Salesforce’s upcoming Q3 earnings report.

The company’s financial performance may determine whether this is seen as another win for the tech giant—or simply a silver lining in an otherwise cloudy forecast.
